The intention
The heart chakra sits at the center of everything. Four chakras below it, three above it — Anahata is the bridge between the earthly and the spiritual, between taking and giving, between who you were and who you are becoming.
When it is open, love moves through you freely — toward others and toward yourself. Relationships feel nourishing rather than depleting. You can hold someone else’s pain without losing yourself in it. You can forgive — not because it was deserved, but because you are ready to be free.
When it is closed, the opposite happens. Everything tightens. The walls go up. The tenderness disappears, replaced by distance or by giving so much there is nothing left for yourself.
Open Heart was created for both. For the closing and the opening. For the grief that still lives in the chest. For the love that is ready to begin again.
“I am open. I am worthy of love — including my own.”
The blend
Soft, floral and deeply healing. The most tender oil in the collection — and the one that goes deepest.
The ritual
You do not need to feel ready. You do not need to have forgiven anyone yet. Come with whatever is actually in your chest — that is where the work begins.
Center of the chest, wrists, behind the ears. Apply slowly, with one hand resting over your heart as you do. Feel the warmth of your own touch.
Inhale into the center of your chest — expanding it forward, sideways, in all directions. Exhale slowly. With each breath, imagine the space inside growing slightly larger.
Say it gently, without forcing: “I am open. I am worthy of love — including my own.” Repeat as many times as it takes for your body to believe it.
